Rules & Regulations

1. General Discipline
  • Students shall maintain discipline and good conduct inside and outside the campus.
  • Respect towards Principal, faculty, staff, and fellow students is mandatory.
  • Misconduct or indiscipline will invite disciplinary action.
2. Attendance & Punctuality
  • Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory for examinations.
  • Students must attend all academic activities regularly.
  • Absence without permission will be treated as indiscipline.
3. Dress Code
  • Students must wear neat prescribed uniform.
  • College ID card is compulsory within campus.
4. Mobile Phone Usage
  • Mobile phones are prohibited during class hours.
  • Phones must remain in silent mode in classrooms and library.
5. Campus Cleanliness
  • Maintain a clean and eco-friendly campus.
  • Damaging college property is strictly prohibited.
6. Library Rules
  • Silence and discipline must be maintained.
  • Books must be returned before due date.
  • Loss or damage will attract penalty.
7. Examination Rules
  • Students must follow all examination guidelines issued by the institution.
8. Anti-Ragging Policy
  • Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited.
  • Action will be taken as per UGC & Govt. regulations.
9. Use of College Property
  • Institutional facilities must be handled responsibly.
  • Damage will result in penalty.
10. Participation in Activities
  • Students are encouraged to participate in events.
  • Permission required for external participation.
11. Leave Policy
  • Leave must be submitted in advance.
  • Prolonged absence may lead to removal from rolls.
12. Anti-Drug & Anti-Smoking Policy
  • Alcohol, tobacco, or drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • Violation may lead to suspension or expulsion.
13. Fees & Payments
  • Fees must be paid within stipulated time.
  • Non-payment may affect exams or results.
14. College Timings
  • Students must follow prescribed timings.
  • Disturbing academic activities is not permitted.
15. Code of Conduct
  • Students shall uphold honesty, responsibility, and mutual respect.
  • The institution reserves the right to modify rules when necessary.
